'DawnSettle started with a single vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-owned business rooted in recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, learning from the expert pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After her return to the UK, her mission was to emulate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adopting age-old techniques and the finest raw materials.

From an initial cozy 12-seater pizzeria, we've expanded into a cherished local staple. Yet, our dedication to high-caliber and authentic craftsmanship has remained constant. Our dough is prepared freshly each day, we insist on wood-fire oven baking, and we're meticulous about sourcing premium ingredients.

Nowadays, 'DawnSettle' is still family-managed, with the descendant of the Bianchi family guiding our enthusiastic crew. Although we've welcomed new techniques, our business's core—creating delectable, real pizza that fosters togetherness—stays untouched.
